At Bates Collision Center in Galesburg, Illinois, we’ve proudly served Galesburg and Knox County for over 35 years with honest, high quality auto body and collision repair services. Our family owned shop began with a mission to treat every customer with integrity. Today, we’ve grown to a 10,000 sq. ft. facility with over 10 dedicated team members and the latest equipment, including a state of the art paint booth. From full collision repair, ADAS calibration, frame straightening, and expert paint work using PPG, we do it all.

We proudly accept same day appointments for estimates and work with all major insurance companies being a preferred shop for most of the top insurers.
